- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling strategic proposals to stakeholders

- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers while fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and academic institutions for collaborative R&D
- Measure and report KPIs for innovation velocity, ROI, and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of shipping transformative products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Executive experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ technical professionals
