Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market impact
- Mentor junior innovators through Horizon Dynamics' Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight.org or equivalent)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrable success in scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation frameworks or patented technologies
