- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and agile experimentation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, biotech, or space tech
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Certification in innovation management or foresight methodologies preferred
