Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead research on emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of futuristic R&D projects with $10M+ budgets
- Present visionary concepts to investors and industry stakeholders
- Build and lead a team of 15+ futurist researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in at least two of these areas: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience managing global research teams and academic partnerships
