Responsibilities
- Design and implement adaptive AI frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithm development
- Collaborate with robotics teams to integrate predictive maintenance solutions
- Architect ethical AI governance protocols for next-gen neural networks
- Develop cross-platform AI interfaces for human-robot symbiosis
- Analyze quantum computing outputs to optimize decision-making models
- Present strategic AI roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or 8+ years equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural optimization
- Expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying AI systems in autonomous environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with multi-agent reinforcement learning systems
- Strong background in predictive analytics for complex adaptive systems
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) preferred
