Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop cross-functional strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Facilitate executive briefings on exponential technology convergence scenarios
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous decisioning systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author annual futures intelligence reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Coordinate with global innovation labs on climate-positive technology integration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, futures research, or exponential innovation roles
- Proven track record in translating complex tech trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Publication record in technology foresight or innovation strategy journals
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and probabilistic modeling frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
