Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum applications, biotech interfaces)
- Lead strategic workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state capabilities and investment priorities
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to co-create 2026-proof solutions
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
