Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Produce strategic scenario analyses for disruptive forces (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate resilience tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and deploy early-warning systems for emerging systemic risks and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in futures research, technology strategy, or disruptive innovation consulting
- Proven track record of scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: biotech convergence, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership in foresight journals or major industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures narratives to diverse audiences
