Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)

- Develop scenarios for socio-technical transitions and policy implications
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and government agencies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate resilience
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Millennium Project)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for transformational projects
- Published thought leadership on technology futures (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media)
- Fluency in scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
