- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation roadmaps

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into long-term R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Familiarity with emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
