Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative foresight models predicting market disruptions 2024-2026
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Produce strategic briefings for executive boards on future workforce transformations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and circular economy transitions
- Live trend forecasting workshops with global innovation teams
- Author white papers on post-2025 regulatory and geopolitical shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 3+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published research on technological singularity or sustainable development
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms (Python/R preferred)
- Certificate in Foresight or Strategic Foresight from a recognized institution
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable impact
