Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Design resilient, future-proof architectures capable of adapting to exponential technological shifts
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term technological ROI and innovation maturity
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technological inflection points
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
