Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and assess market viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological initiatives with corporate vision
- Build and manage a high-performance innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and academic institutions
- Create frameworks for ethical technology deployment and sustainable innovation practices
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or future planning
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech, AI, or sustainable tech)
- Executive-level experience with cross-functional leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for strategic initiatives
