Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum computing, and clean tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience securing R&D funding from government/private sources
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
