Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental prototyping
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on market feedback and emerging trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing funding for innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
