Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Mentor a team of future-tech specialists and foster an experimental mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
