- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals
- Define ethical frameworks for next-gen AI implementations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
