- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-focused technical leadership
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026 technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology principles
