Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision strategy across all business units
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI, biotech, sustainable energy) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Create technology roadmaps with clear milestones and resource allocation plans
- Evaluate and prioritize R&D investments based on market readiness and competitive impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
