Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and climate-positive tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop commercialization frameworks for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation workshops to foster disruptive thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or carbon capture
- Exceptional analytical skills with technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants and partnerships
- Fluency in technology ecosystem mapping and disruption analysis
