Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen digital products with 10x performance targets
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future solutions with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders including venture partners
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with exponential growth
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or next-gen infrastructure
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams (50+ personnel)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation lab environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
