Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 innovation targets
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Drive sustainable technology adoption across product portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience managing global R&D teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
