You'll lead cross-functional teams through the entire technology lifecycle—from ideation to implementation—while maintaining a pulse on global tech trends and disruptive innovations.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
