- Oversee R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budget allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record scaling tech products to 1M+ users
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI projections
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar journals
- Experience with agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
