- Translate emerging tech trends into patentable IP portfolios
- Present strategic blueprints to the Board of Directors and venture capitalists
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers in emerging tech commercialization
- Oversee ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in government/VC funding
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with patent prosecution in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international tech partnerships
