Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI

- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
