Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for prototype projects with commercial viability targets
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into enterprise transformation
- Present at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging tech specialization tracks
- Drive patent portfolio development with 15+ annual filings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in Nature/Science
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate-tech
- Strategic consulting background (McKinsey/Bain/BCG preferred)
- Active speaker at TEDx, SXSW, or equivalent forums
- Certified in AWS Quantum or equivalent quantum computing credentials
