- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen tech concepts
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Track record of launching at least two market-disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong proficiency in Agile/DevOps methodologies for rapid iteration
