Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development

- Experience leading global R&D teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
