- Architect and implement 2026-ready technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and product strategists
- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through strategic partnerships and grant applications
- Drive commercialization of at least 3 breakthrough technologies by Q4 2025
- Establish industry benchmarks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology specializations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven 2026-vision implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Track record of commercializing quantum/AI technologies at scale
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Professional certification in Sustainable Technology Leadership (STL)
