Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA or similar innovation ecosystems
