- Present disruption forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation frameworks
- Author thought leadership pieces in IEEE Nature and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Materials Science
- 5+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience with patent portfolio management and IP commercialization
- Track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (FDA, FCC, EPA)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
