Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives identifying disruptive innovations
- Partner with academic institutions to establish 2026-focused R&D priorities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Organize global tech summits for 2026 thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Institute)
- Portfolio of implemented technology roadmaps with measurable impact
