Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum, biotech, AI fusion)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on product development
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Curate annual 'Future Tech Summit' for industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/bio/AI fusion)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience with EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech policy frameworks
- Strong network within venture capital and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
