Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems and human-AI collaboration models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven impact projections
- Manage a $2M+ innovation fund for pilot programs in futuristic domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts from Gartner, Forrester, or WEF
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption curves
