Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, decentralized systems, and AI ethics
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies with potential for 10x industry impact
- Develop future-proof architecture frameworks for scalable, sustainable tech ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven implementation plans
- Oversee prototyping of disruptive technologies with pilot program execution
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching industry-transforming technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex visions
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and venture capital ecosystems
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions with measurable impact
