Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Present future tech vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of radical creativity
- Monitor global tech trends and forecast disruptive innovations
- Drive sustainable technology adoption across enterprise operations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D funding
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
