Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching future-focused initiatives that scaled to enterprise level
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect technical possibilities to business outcomes
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation projects
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies)
