Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published author in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Proven track record of commercializing 5+ emerging technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish required
