Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech ecosystems and disruptors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Secure and manage R&D budgets for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or neurotech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
