Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap for 2026+ implementation horizon

- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct competitive analysis in next-gen technology landscapes
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
