Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for the company, specifically focusing on the trends and tools expected to dominate by 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to forecast future business needs and opportunities.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes for experimental technologies to validate feasibility and market fit.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future concepts to C-suite executives and investors, translating vision into actionable strategy.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of emerging tech into existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security for the future.
- Research: Conduct deep-dive research into regulatory changes and technological breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
