Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years leading complex R&D initiatives with commercialized outcomes
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI-biotech intersections
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for emerging tech
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech solutions deployed at enterprise scale
