Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI and predictive systems.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable solutions designed to meet the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of R&D projects from ideation to deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate future technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
