Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research, evaluation, and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, providing technical mentorship and career development guidance to senior engineers and architects.
- System Architecture: Design robust, high-performance systems that handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technological visions into clear business strategies for C-level executives and product managers.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery times without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and implementing futuristic tech solutions in previous roles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
