Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap focusing on next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype systems for 2026-era infrastructure
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Collaborate with research institutions to pioneer sustainable tech solutions for 2026 challenges
- Present strategic technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026-readiness across organizational tech stacks
- Mentor engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2023 portfolio required)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with climate-tech integration and sustainable architecture
- Strong background in scaling distributed systems for 10M+ user bases
- Public speaking experience at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
