Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record delivering 2026+ vision products (quantum/AI/IoT experience required)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PMP or CSM certification with advanced degrees in CS/Engineering preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Portfolio of launched products with 7-figure revenue impact
