Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption cycles
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovations with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams across 5+ global innovation centers
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) into product ecosystems
- Present future-tech forecasts to investors and industry consortiums
- Develop patentable solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two 2026+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning for tech disruption cycles
- Strong background in sustainable tech development
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFP) preferred
