Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Oversee the design and implementation of distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability across all production environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, architectural assessments, and technical debt assessments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies that can provide a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with familiarity in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
