- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services
